DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on FAR Changes for Small Business Rerepresentation Requirements

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to align with Small Business Administration (SBA) requirements for reporting size and socioeconomic status at the order level.
