DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Subcontracting to Puerto Rican and Covered Territory Small Businesses

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are introducing new rules to encourage small businesses in Puerto Rico and other US territories to participate in the Small Business Administration's mentor-protégé program, providing incentives for their involvement.
