Federal Acquisition Regulation: List of Domestically Nonavailable Articles
The OFPP, DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule to revise the list of domestically nonavailable articles under the Buy American statute, as part of the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council's efforts to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
