FAR Council Adopts Final Rule on System for Award Management Preaward Registration Requirements

The Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP), Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have adopted the final version of an interim rule clarifying preaward registration requirements for the System for Award Management (SAM).
