Federal Acquisition Regulation: Inflation Adjustment of Acquisition-Related Thresholds

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council (FAR Council), comprising OFPP, DoD, GSA, and NASA, is issuing a final rule to adjust the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) thresholds for inflation every five years. The adjustment uses the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers and will be applied starting in 2025.
