USTR Requests Comments on Unfair Trade Practices and Non-Reciprocal Trade Arrangements

The U.S. Trade Representative is seeking public comments to review and identify unfair trade practices by other countries and investigate harm to the US from non-reciprocal trade arrangements, in line with the America First Trade Policy and Presidential Memorandum on Reciprocal Trade and Tariffs.
