U.S. Trade Representative Proposes Actions Against Nicaragua Over Labor and Human Rights Concerns

The U.S. Trade Representative has determined that Nicaragua's actions are unreasonable and burdensome to U.S. commerce, and proposes actions including suspension of CAFTA-DR benefits and additional duties on Nicaraguan products.
