U.S. Trade Representative Imposes Tariffs on Chinese Semiconductors

The U.S. Trade Representative has determined that China's acts, policies, and practices targeting the semiconductor industry are actionable under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974, leading to the imposition of tariffs on Chinese semiconductors, starting at 0% and increasing to at least 30% in 18 months.
