USITC Seeks Public Input on Potential Remedies for Alleged Violations of Section 337

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is seeking public input on potential remedies for alleged violations of Section 337 by certain electronic devices, including computers and streaming devices. Comments are due in response to an initial determination issued by a presiding administrative law judge on December 20, 2024.
