Glass Wine Bottles From Chile; Termination of Investigation

The US Department of Commerce has terminated its investigation into imports of glass wine bottles from Chile, following a petition filed by the U.S. Glass Producers Coalition, which represents Ardagh Glass Inc. and the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union.
