USITC Solicits Public Comments on Potential Violation of Section 337

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is seeking public input on potential public interest issues related to a recent investigation, following an Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337 issued by a presiding administrative law judge on December 19, 2024.
