U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Photovoltaic Connectors and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has reversed in part a final initial determination finding a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and terminated the investigation with a finding of no violation.
