U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Patent Claims

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review an initial determination granting complainants' motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation to assert additional patent claims, as ordered by the presiding administrative law judge (ALJ) in Order No. 17.
