USITC Affirms Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order

The U.S. International Trade Commission has reaffirmed a determination finding a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order against certain companies.
