U.S. International Trade Commission Extends Investigation Timeline and Requests Written Submissions

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review a final initial determination of a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and has set a new target date for the investigation completion to May 14, 2025, requesting written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding.
