U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Final Initial Determination in Patent Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has decided to review a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 in a patent case involving Certain Dermatological Treatment Devices and Components Thereof, with written submissions due by a specified schedule.
