US Commission Launches Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations on South Korean and Taiwanese Chemicals

The US International Trade Commission has initiated investigations into imports of multifunctional acrylate and methacrylate monomers and acrylated bisphenol-A epoxy based oligomers from South Korea and Taiwan, alleging they are sold at below fair value and subsidized by the Taiwanese government.
