U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Passive Optical Network Equipment

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in an investigation into certain passive optical network equipment, and has terminated the investigation.
