USITC Denies Review of JBS Hair Investigation Termination

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has decided not to review an initial determination terminating active respondents from an investigation into Certain Pre-Stretched Synthetic Braiding Hair and Packaging, following the withdrawal of a complaint by JBS Hair, Inc. The USITC is now seeking written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding for defaulting respondents.
