U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Nonwoven Materials Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting complainants' motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation to include allegations of trade secret misappropriation and wrongful use of proprietary information against Impak Corporation and Jiangsu Tubo New Material Co., Ltd.
