U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337 and Issues Exclusion Order Against EndyMed

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined a violation of Section 337 and issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against EndyMed, a company that manufactures dermatological treatment devices, for infringing four patents. The commission also set a bond for imported infringing products.
