US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Slag Pot Investigation

The US International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of an investigation into whether US imports of slag pots from China are causing material injury to the US industry, following a preliminary determination by the US Department of Commerce that the imports are subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value.
