U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Harmonized Tariff Schedule

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation, No. 1205-14, to recommend modifications to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, as per the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988, at the request of the World Customs Organization.
