USITC Institution of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations and Scheduling of Preliminary Phase Investigations

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has initiated investigations into high purity dissolving pulp imports from Brazil and Norway, alleging they are sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the Brazilian government. The investigations must be completed by September 26, 2025.
