USITC Decides Not to Review Lenovo Substitution Decision in Semiconductor Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has decided not to review an initial determination that allows Lenovo Group Ltd. to be substituted with other companies and terminated from an investigation into certain foreign-fabricated semiconductor devices.
