Silicon Metal From Russia; Scheduling of an Expedited Five-Year Review
The US Commission is scheduling an expedited review of the antidumping duty order on silicon metal from Russia to determine if revoking the order would lead to continued material injury. The review is based on the Tariff Act of 1930.
