U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Three Investigations into Chinese Companies

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review three initial determinations terminating investigations into Chinese companies Shanghai Sakura Plastic Products Co., Ltd., Shandong Jinshan Jieyuan Container Co., Ltd., and Zibo Jielin Plastic Pipe Manufacture Co. Ltd. due to consent orders and settlement agreements.
