FERC Modifies Systems of Records to Address PII Breach

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is updating its systems of records to include two new routine uses related to responding to breaches of personally identifiable information (PII), as mandated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-17-12.
