FERC Requests Public Comment on Transmission Standards

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is seeking public input on the Standards of Conduct for Transmission Providers and Marketing Affiliates of Interstate Pipelines, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
