FCC Adopts Rules to Implement Low Power Protection Act

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted rules to implement the Low Power Protection Act (LPPA), enacted on January 5, 2023, which allows certain low power television stations to apply for primary spectrum use status as Class A television stations.
