FCC Establishes Rules for Full Power and Class A Television Stations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted rule updates for full power and Class A television stations, which are now digital-only, following the completion of the analog-to-digital transition and the post-incentive auction transition to a smaller television band.
