FCC to Implement Text Message Blocking Rule

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that it will implement a rule requiring mobile wireless providers to block unwanted text messages, as approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and consistent with the Text Blocking Report and Order (FCC 23-21).
