FCC Announces Effective Dates for Satellite Rules and Updates to Forms

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced the effective dates for rules related to direct broadcast satellites, satellite services, and 17 GHz frequencies, as well as updates to forms 312 and 312-R, following approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
