FCC to Consider Rules to Combat Robocalls and Protect Consumers

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will consider several proposals to combat unwanted robocalls, including a rule to establish a Missing and Endangered Persons event code and a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to protect consumers from AI-powered robocalls and improve access to telephone networks for people with disabilities.
