FCC Proposes Modification to Online Public Inspection File System of Records

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing changes to its system of records, FCC/MB-2, which requires television broadcasters to submit public filing information to be posted online, and also covers personally identifiable information from cable operators, satellite TV providers, and other licensees.
