FDA Withdraws Direct Final Rule on Regulatory Hearing After Receiving Significant Adverse Comments

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) withdrew a direct final rule amending the Scope section of its regulation regarding a regulatory hearing before the Agency, following significant adverse comments received during the comment period that closed on December 4, 2024.
