Delay of Nonprescription Drug Product Rule
The effective date of the final rule on Nonprescription Drug Product With an Additional Condition for Nonprescription Use (ACNU) has been delayed from January 20, 2025, to March 21, 2025, due to the Regulatory Freeze Pending Review memorandum from the President.
