FDA Requests Notification of Intent to Participate in Generic Drug User Fee Amendments Reauthorization

The FDA is seeking input from various stakeholders to inform the development of the next Generic Drug User Fee Amendments (GDUFA) program, which will require new legislation by September 2027 to continue collecting fees.
