EPA Approves Muscatine Iowa Air Quality Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its determination that the Muscatine sulfur dioxide nonattainment area met the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide standard by the required October 4, 2018 deadline, following a comprehensive analysis of available air quality data.
