Revision of Approved State Primacy Program for the State of Nevada

The State of Nevada has revised its approved State primacy program under the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to align with the Federal Consumer Confidence Report Rule (CCR), as approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The revised regulations are at least as stringent as the corresponding federal regulations.
