Air Plan Approval; New Hampshire; Boston-Manchester-Portsmouth Area Second 10-Year Limited Maintenance Plan for 1997 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by New Hampshire, which provides for the maintenance of 1997 ozone NAAQS in the Boston-Manchester-Portsmouth area through the end of the second 10-year portion of the maintenance period. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
