EPA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, seeking a proposed extension of the ICR until April 30, 2024. The EPA is requesting public comments on the ICR, which is currently approved through April 30, 2022, and can be submitted via the Federal Register until November 1, 2022.
