EPA Proposes Administrative Settlements for U.S. Smelter and Lead Refinery Site in East Chicago, Indiana

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed two administrative settlements for the U.S. Smelter and Lead Refinery site in East Chicago, Indiana, involving Industrial Development Advantage of East Chicago, LLC and several other companies, with the goal of cleaning up the contaminated site.
