EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana, Michigan, and Minnesota State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve three State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision requests from Indiana, Michigan, and Minnesota, which address excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events, submitted in response to a 2015 SIP call.
