EPA Announces Settlement Agreement for Response Actions at Sand Creek Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a settlement agreement with the State of Colorado and a prospective purchaser, Triangle Logistics Center, LLC, to address response actions and costs at the Sand Creek Superfund Site in Commerce City, Colorado.
