EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NESHAP for Asphalt Processing and Asphalt Roofing Manufacturing for OMB Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for NESHAP for Asphalt Processing and Asphalt Roofing Manufacturing for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The ICR, currently set to expire on May 31, 2022, is being extended for an additional 30 days to allow for public comments.
