EPA Approves Clean Air Act Operating Permit Program Revisions and Negative Declaration for South Dakota

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized rules to revise the South Dakota operating permit program, including a negative declaration for hospital and medical waste incinerators, and make administrative updates, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
