EPA Exempts Cocamidopropylamine Oxide from Tolerance Requirement in Glyphosate Formulations
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of cocamidopropylamine oxide in glyphosate formulations, allowing for concentrations up to 6% by weight. This exemption was granted following a petition submitted by SciReg, Inc. on behalf of Albaugh, LLC under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
