Air Plan Approval; Missouri; Restriction of Emissions Credit for Reduced Pollutant Concentrations From the Use of Dispersion Techniques

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken final action to approve a revision to Missouri's State Implementation Plan, which limits the use of dispersion techniques to meet ambient air quality standards near major air pollution sources.
