EPA Extends Comment Period for Proposed e-Manifest Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for its proposed rule on integrating e-Manifest with hazardous waste exports and other manifest-related reports until August 1, 2022, following a request for additional time from the public.
